ABOUT SICO
The company was founded in 1937 by Mr. Romeo Filion and Mr. Marcel Deslauriers. In the midst of the Great Depression, Sico’s original store in Québec City produced commercial and industrial paints and varnishes. Sico started out as a small business, but it survived and grew. 80 years later, it has become one of Canada’s best-selling paint brands.
